Terms of service
These terms apply to OmniPost, a NeuralLiquid product. By using OmniPost, you agree to them. If you use OmniPost for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
The service
OmniPost helps authorized users connect supported social platforms and create, schedule, and publish content. Features and supported platforms may change as the product develops.
Your account and connected platforms
You are responsible for your account, the security of your sign-in methods, and actions taken through your account. Only connect platform accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. A connection uses the platform's authorization process and remains subject to that platform's terms, policies, availability, and limits.
You can disconnect a platform through OmniPost and can separately revoke OmniPost in the platform's settings. A third-party platform may suspend access, reject content, change its API, or experience an outage. NeuralLiquid does not control those services.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give NeuralLiquid permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate OmniPost and carry out your instructions. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish the content.
Acceptable use
You must not use OmniPost to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, or publish content you are not authorized to use;
- send spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or evade a connected platform's rules;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security or access controls of OmniPost or another service;
- extract or misuse credentials, personal information, or non-public service data; or
- help another person do any of these things.
Service changes and suspension
We may change or discontinue features. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service, address unlawful or abusive activity, comply with law, or respond to a third-party platform restriction. Where practical, we will give notice.
Disclaimers and liability
OmniPost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that a third-party platform will accept or publish content. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using OmniPost and disconnect connected accounts. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including provisions about rights in content, acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability—will continue after termination.
Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these terms as OmniPost changes. The current version and effective date will be shown on this page. These terms operate subject to applicable law, including any rights that cannot be limited by agreement.
