Privacy notice

Effective 26 July 2026 · Version 1.0

This notice explains how NeuralLiquid handles personal information when people use OmniPost. It does not replace the privacy notices of third-party platforms connected to OmniPost.

Information we handle

How we use information

We use this information to provide user-requested publishing workflows, maintain connections you authorize, show operation status, secure and troubleshoot the service, and respond to support requests. OmniPost does not publish to a connected platform unless a signed-in user initiates or schedules that action.

Connected services

Google may provide sign-in identity for OmniPost. X provides an authorization flow for user-requested publishing. Each third-party service determines what access it grants and applies its own terms and privacy notice. Microsoft Azure provides hosting infrastructure for NeuralLiquid services.

OAuth credentials are handled on the server and are not displayed to users after authorization. OmniPost stores credentials in encrypted form. Disconnecting an account stops OmniPost from using that connection and starts the supported revocation and cleanup process. You may also revoke access in the connected platform's own settings.

Sharing

We transmit information to a connected platform when necessary to carry out an action you request. We also use infrastructure and service providers to operate and secure OmniPost. We do not sell personal information or use connected-platform information for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Connection information is retained while needed to provide the connection you authorize. Publishing records, security logs, backups, and support records may be retained as needed for operational, security, and legal purposes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to applicable law and backup cycles.

Your choices

You can disconnect a platform account in OmniPost and revoke access through that platform. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information by contacting us. Whether a request applies, and any exceptions, depend on the law that applies to you and to the service.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

OmniPost is designed for people who can lawfully authorize and manage social-platform accounts. It is not directed to children. Do not use OmniPost if you cannot validly consent to the handling described in this notice under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as OmniPost changes. The effective version will show its date on this page. For privacy questions or requests, email omniposthq@gmail.com.
