Approach
A portfolio, not a pitch deck
Each product is rescored monthly against an internal rubric — composability, market size, moat, and external/internal readiness rolled into an index score — tracked alongside a realised score that discounts for what's still unproven. The scoring source and history live in the portfolio's own shared intelligence repository — available on request, not just asserted in a deck.
NeuralLiquid and Celladore are deliberately separate organizations: NeuralLiquid builds the applied cognitive AI products above, while Celladore builds the developer and agent-orchestration platform — Retort, Sluice, Baton, Docket — that NeuralLiquid's own team uses to build and run them.
